Where is the #Steampunk riverboat?  The Delta Pearl should be here, but she has been delayed.

Does it have something to do with that “smudgy sooty cloud”?  Did matchmaking Agate run the boat aground to throw Emmeraude and Victor together?  Maybe Obsidian got jealous of the two and came up with some thing of his own? Or maybe the Dealer’s cat, Sir Reggie knocked the navigation charts off the table.
